Boulder, Colorado -The third annual Football 101 For Women featured over 165 participants and was a great time for all who attended at the University of Colorado.

The class started with icebreakers featuring trivia about each of the Buffs’ coaching staff members while participants tried to get answers to a list of questions.  Then the program shifted into panel discussions with several football student-athletes.

The activities then moved to the practice field where participants were put through four defensive and four offensive skill stations.  In addition to the skill stations, there was also a chalk talk station in which participants were able to cool off with popsicles & ask the offensive and defensive coordinators football related questions.  At halftime, the participants learned what all goes into recruiting a prospective student-athlete to play for the Buffs.
