Such provision will enhance the reputation of The University of Liverpool as a research intensive institution that also excels in teaching.

In order to achieve our aims we will endeavour to develop as a learning organisation through:

1. Working closely and collaboratively with a range of University colleagues developing a level of trust and mutual respect and understanding conducive to excellent working relationships
2. Involvement with the wider educational development community
3. Maintaining a scholarly approach to the development of learning and teaching provision
4. Engagement in research to inform our practice and that of others
5. Constantly evaluating and reflecting on our work and its impact on others
