Licensure and
Regulatory Compliance
The Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Office of
Education, Bureau of Higher and Continuing Education, Division
of Eligibility and Agency Evaluation state:
"The United States has no Federal ministry of education
or other centralized authority exercising single national
control over educational institutions in this country. The
States assume varying degrees of control over education, but,
in general, institutions of post secondary education are permitted
to operate with considerable independence and autonomy. As
a consequence, American educational institutions can vary
widely in the character and quality of their programs.
"Degrees granted or issued in conformance with cited
statutes...are all equally legal under the law. Judgments
of value and applicability of a certain degree are not made
by the law or by the State. The appropriateness of a degree
or the applicability of a degree to a job or the transfer
of education credit is decided by those who must render such
evaluations for those specific purposes." (United States
Department of Education)
Licensure in the State of Wyoming
Warren National University receives its licensure through
the Wyoming State Department of Education, under W.S. 21-2-401
through 21-2-407. Such oversight requires the University to
meet the standards as indicated within Article 4: Private
School Licensing.
Acceptance of Warren National University by Businesses
and Individuals
Many corporations are continually seeking programs that will
allow their supervisory, middle and top management personnel
to improve and continue their education without sacrificing
productivity.
According to an independent research study conducted by Investment
Intelligence Group (Northbrook, Illinois), over 50% of Warren
National students and graduates receive tuition reimbursement
from their respective employers. Additionally, dozens of corporations
have evaluated the University's programs through their Personnel
and Employee Relations Departments, and have recognized the
work toward a degree for advancement, salary increases and
entry qualifications for new positions.
The true recognition of a Warren National degree comes from
its voluntary acceptance by the business, professional and
academic communities. The University has on file many affirmative
testimonials from graduates and leaders in business and industry.
Many of these attest to promotions, new positions, and salary
increases directly related to the completion of a course of
study and receipt of a degree from the University.
